SHIB ARMY NEWS: SHIBARIUM Seems Very Close. BONE the ONLY Token To Be Used For Gas

Shibarium BETA seems to be just around the corner. Clues have been coming in since Christmas and now it seems as if the inevitable is about to happen.

The official account for Shibarium has posted its second tweet with a thread focused on the BETA launch. The world is watching as the Shib Army is cheering for what they believe will be a change to the crypto world both in decentralization and growth for the Shiba Inu Ecosystem. The first part of the tweet focuses on the Shib Army Community and a thank you for the enthusiasm.

The tweeted out “Shibarium Update:  As we approach the launch of the upcoming Shibarium Beta Network, we first would like to start by thanking the Shiba community for bringing such energy and excitement surrounding the upcoming phased introduction.”

They then go into dispelling some of the rumors that BONE would not be the gas for Shibarium clarifying for the community that it will indeed be the only token used for gas. They said “In addition, we’d like to announce that we have observed, and also have been made aware, of rumors alongside claims that involve other tokens in the network or that are required to utilize it. This is to confirm and validate, from us, the official source, that BONE is and remains the only token selected for gas fees and use. No other tokens will be necessary to operate within the protocol!”

This was important to hear from the Shib Army as there are many rumors that other tokens would be needed to operate Shibarium and that BONE would not be the main token. We now know that this is not the case and just like many had believed from the beginning, Bone for Shibarium will be the same as ETH is for Ethereum. Could this news cause BONE to skyrocket once launched just a small bit of news like this has the price inching back towards 1.00 levels?

What matters is that all the news coming out gives us clues as to when Shibarium will launch. Many speculated that it would launch on Christmas or the New Year, yet others have claimed that it could be late January. With all of the announcements as of late and the official account tweeting out it looks as if Shibarium BETA, the Public Testnet, will actually be fairly soon. We shall see if Shibarium propels us into the future of crypto but from out standpoint it is a very god possibility.
