Crypto investing can be a rather stressful activity. It is hard to tell if a coin or token is worth your time, money, and mental sanity to invest in. you may lose money, make money or break even with your choice or even choose to not even invest and just wait. There is an old saying that scared money does not make money. Which can be true but also extremely harmful. Sometimes you just have to pull the trigger on a token, and it can reward you. Other times, it is alright to be “scared” and wait. But what if I told you that there is a simple activity you can do each day to help you be a better trader and help your overall health?

This simple activity is called yoga. Yoga can be viewed as both a simple stretching routine but also a workout. There 84 different types of Yoga poses that work various forms of muscles. There is the tree pose which is fairly common, the warrior pose, and a meditative pose. Each pose presents an added difficulty or relaxation and not all 84 are the same style or type of poses. The main concept behind yoga is not just the stretching/poses but also the ability to clear your mind. This is key in yoga. Let your mind, go and balance yourself. You may be wondering, how the heck does this have anything to do with trading or investing in cryptocurrency? Mental balancing is the main piece.

It has been known that some of the best traders do not even check or worry about their investments on the daily basis. Some do not even check them until their goal marker. This could be a month, 6 months, a year, or 3 years. Some of the soundest advice to any investor or cryptocurrency trader is to remove your emotions and stay calm when investing. If you are not strong in this area, this is how yoga can help. Doing yoga 30 minutes a day is proven to help your mental health and balance. By committing this small-time before you invest, you are going in with a clear conscious and will be able to execute your thoughts or desires. Happy minds and happy investing!
