When retail investors panic whales pounce on opportunities, especially when it comes to the Shiba Inu Token.  According to WhaleStats another ETH whale has just loaded their bag with even more Shib with the purchase of 47,743,646,900 Shiba Inu tokens for the price of $1,275,710 USD.
